3 Simple Smoothie Recipes

Smoothies make breakfast or snack time quick & easy. There are countless of mixtures and combinations which can feel overwhelming at times. However, here are three simple recipes to get you started on your smoothie journey. No matter your personal goals; increase vitamins and nutrients, loss weight, build muscle, or improve your gut-health, there is a smoothie for YOU!

1. Vitamin C Smoothie

Add the following ingredients to a blender & ENJOY!

Vitamin C is found in many fresh fruits and vegetables, but can also be added into supplements like Collagen Peptides.

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tbsp VTC's MCT oil
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
