We are loving all of the apple, pumpkin, and fall recipes that are coming this season change. This recipe is a must for this fall! With the sweet combination of apples, oats, and cinnamon to give you a taste of the crisp autumn season. The best part about this recipe is filling your whole house with the sweet scents of fall when you bake them in the oven. They are also HEALTHY, gluten-free, free from refined sugar, and dairy free.
Instructions:
First, add your dry ingredients to a mixing bowl. (oats, oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder). Next mix in your wet ingredients to that same bowl. (MCT Oil, maple syrup, milk of choice). Add in your diced apples and combine. Scoop 2 dollops of the batter into a lightly greased muffin tin. You're almost done! It's time for our favorite part. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 20 minutes. Apple Cinnamon Oat Muffins:
TIME: 25-30 MINTUES
YIELD: 8-9 muffins

INGREIDENTS:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 1/2 cup oat flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup MCT Oil
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup diced apple
- Toppings: peanut butter, cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
- Combine dry ingredients into bowl

- Scoop (about 2 tbsp) into lightly greased muffin tin
- Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes
