Chocolate Peanut Overnight Oats:
TIME: 5 Minutes
YIELD: 1 Serving
INGREIDENTS:
- 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder of choice
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Powdered Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
CHOCOLATE SHELL & TOPPINGS:
- 40 g Dark Chocolate Chips
- 1 tbsp. VTC C8 MCT Oil
- Peanuts
- Drizzle of Peanut Butter
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. In a bowl mix together the ingredients listed above. The texture should be a soupy consistency.
2. Melt the together to dark chocolate chips and MCT oil. Microwave in increments of 10-20 seconds, stirring between. This will ensure the chocolate doesn't burn.
3. Pour melted chocolate evenly over the top of the oats mixture.
4. Let sit in refrigerator anywhere from 2-24 hours.
