Brownie Baked Oatmeal
TIME: 45 Minutes
YIELD: 1 Pan
INGREIDENTS:
- 2 cups Almond Milk
- 1/2 cup Maple Syrup
- 1/3 cup Nut Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 2 scoops VTC Collagen Peptides
- 1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1/3 cup Dark Chocolate Chips
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Pre Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Add wet ingredients to a mixing bowl
3. Now add dry ingredients to the same mixing bowl
4. Mix together
5. Fold in dark chocolate chips
6. Pour batter into greased pan
7. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until the middle is baked all the way through
