HEALTH BENEFITS:
OAT FLOUR: Oat flour is a whole grain food. The entire oat is used to make oat flour, so it boasts the nutrition of whole grains. A serving of oat flour contains calcium, iron, potassium, thiamin, and riboflavin. Overall, oat flour offers significantly more nutritional benefits than white flour. Oat flour is gluten-free with sources of protein and fiber at a low calorie count. [1].
ALMOND BUTTER: Almond Butter is rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that are important for your health. This is a high-fat food which helps to lower LDL (“bad”) cholesterol and raise HDL (“good”) cholesterol. [2]
VTC COLLAGEN PEPTIDES: Collagen is the most abundant protein in our bodies. It is the main component of our connective tissues, including tendons, ligaments, skin, and muscles. As we age our body's collagen production begins to decline. By adding a collagen supplement to your routine, you can see improvements in skin, joint, bone, gut and muscle health. [3, 4, 5, 6, 7].
