Nut butter is a staple pantry item. Creamy, delicious, and healthy - there just isn't anything bad to say. The best part, you can make your own nut butter at home in a matter of minutes with just a single ingredient: nuts. Whatever nut butter you choose, the benefits are endless. Your first step is to pick your nut...

Almonds are high in magnesium, vitamin E and fiber.

Walnuts are a good source of Omega 3s and may improve brain function.

Peanuts are a good source of magnesium and vitamin E

Cashews are high in magnesium, reduce blood pressure, and have antioxidant properties.

Next... Add your dry roasted or raw, unsalted nuts to a food processor. Pictured:

Pulse for 10 second increments and scrape sides occasionally. This process may take 5-10 minutes.

Now the fun part! Add VTC's Collagen Peptides, Cinnamon, Honey, or any other flavor.
Almost there... just blend until smooth.
