Frozen Strawberry Bars

Sweeten up your summer with some delicious, fresh strawberries. There is truly nothing better than a juicy strawberry under the hot summer sun. BUT... what if we brought your favorite summer sweet to the next level.

We bring you Frozen Strawberry Bars my friends. Truly they are unbeatable. Mixing the deliciousness of the berry with an added frozen bite makes for the PERFECT summer sweet treat that everyone will be sure to love. 

These beautiful berries are incredible. A single serving has about 150% of your daily recommended intake of vitamin C (1). This is just another excuse to eat more strawberries!

Let's get started... Wash & remove the stems from your fresh strawberries. Add them to your blender - Ninja BL770 Mega Kitchen System

Now include the EXTRAS: VTC's MCT Oil for your daily dose of healthy fats.

Drizzle of Maple Syrup or Honey for that added sweetness we all love. Believe it or not that's all you need!

Now let's BLEND - Look at the beauty! Once well blended, mix your strawberry puree with Greek yogurt - this will add an extra boost of protein!

Combine until smooth & pour into a mold of choice. You can choose to do popsicles, bars, bites. It is up to you get CREATIVE. Now make it personal by adding your favorite toppings!

We added delicious granola with flax seed, more strawberries, and a drizzle of maple syrup.

That's it, you're done! Pop it in the freezer for at least 2 hours

TIP: The thinner the bars the less time, in the freezer

Frozen Strawberry Bars

TIME: 10 Minutes
YIELD: 1 Pan

INGREIDENTS:

- 1-2 cups Fresh Strawberries
- 1 tbsp MCT Oil
- 1-2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt
- Handful of granola/seeds/nuts
- 1 tbsp Sweetener (honey, maple syrup)

MATERIALS:

- Blender: Ninja
- Freezer safe dish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add fresh strawberries, MCT oil, & maple syrup to blender

2. Blend until pureed 

3. Mix puree with Greek yogurt

4. Pour mixture into pan & add toppings (granola/seeds/nuts, and additional sweetener) 

5. Freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely solid & ENJOY!
