Ice cream is always a fan favorite! BUT ice cream with cookie dough is a next level LOVE.

Best part is, this recipe can be enjoyed with no guilt and is made at home. The recipe calls for simple ingredients with ZERO added sugar. There is no losing with this healthy cookie dough blizzard!

Start with making the "cookie dough" (Our favorite part).

This is a recipe that can also be enjoyed on it's own!

Simply add your cashew butter, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla, salt, and chocolate chips to a food processor! Once fully incorporated, scoop out bite size pieces that will be added to your blizzard later!

Now it's time for the ICE CREAM! Add in all ingredients and blend together. Do not forget your

Now it's time to put it all together. First add in your ice cream then top with your cookie dough! It simply LOOKS delicious!

Cookie Dough Blizzard

TIME: 15 Minutes
YIELD: 1 Blizzard

COOKIE DOUGH INGREIDENTS:

- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips

COOKIE DOUGH INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add all ingredients to a food processor

2. Mix until combined

3. Scoop out about 1-2 tbsp

ICE CREAM INGREDIENTS:

- 2 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 scoop

- 1/2 cup cacao nibs

ICE CREAM INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Add ingredient to blender

2. Blend until mixed

3. Pour into bowl/cup/jar

4. Add cookie dough to top
