MCT Guacamole

Guacamole and chips are truly an unbeatable combination. Packed with delicious flavor bursts, creamy fats, and a salty chip to bring it all together... you just can not go wrong. The only thing that could make this staple snack better is some added health benefits to throw into the mix. VTC's C8 MCT oil pairs perfectly. It is completely tasteless and adds a creamy consistency when combined with the healthy fats from the avocados. Little bit of spice, little bit salty, and a whole lot of goodness, you will be sure to love this recipe just as much as we do!

Pro Tips: It can't all be perfect. There are two downfalls to a good guacamole: the first struggle is attempting to not eat it all in one sitting (probably the toughest). The second, is maintaining the freshness of the guacamole. Avocados have a tendency to brown quickly, however by adding a thin layer of water over the dip will ensure that this yummy recipe stays fresh for longer.  Be sure to level out the guacamole in the dish before adding the water and then store in an air tight container.  Share with friends, save for later, or keep it all to yourself. MCT Guacamole

PREP TIME:  10 minutes
YIELD:  1 serving    


  • 1-2 Large Avocados
  • 1 Jalapeno
  • 1/4 Diced White Onion
  • 1 tbsp. VTC C8 MCT Oil
  • 3-4 Grape Tomatoes
  • PInch of Sea Salt
  • Fresh Squeeze Lime Juice


  • Cut and peel your avocados and place into bowl
  • Dice your Jalapeno, Onion, and Tomatoes and add to the same bowl
  • Add MCT oil, lime, and salt
  • Mix together to the desired texture and ENJOY!
