YIELD: 1 serving
- 1-2 Large Avocados
- 1 Jalapeno
- 1/4 Diced White Onion
- 1 tbsp. VTC C8 MCT Oil
- 3-4 Grape Tomatoes
- PInch of Sea Salt
- Fresh Squeeze Lime Juice
- Cut and peel your avocados and place into bowl
- Dice your Jalapeno, Onion, and Tomatoes and add to the same bowl
- Add MCT oil, lime, and salt
- Mix together to the desired texture and ENJOY!
