Snickerdoodle Protein Shake
One of our favoirte protein shake recipes! So simple and great for weight loss, muscle gain, and healthy skin.
This recipe makes for a great breakfast, post work-out meal, or a sweet mid-day snack
zero refined sugar - gluten free - high protein - gut-friendly

This recipe is so simple and you can truly make it your own!
First, add your frozen banana to a blender.
Add in your extras, including, oats, Collagen, protein powder (vanilla, snickerdoodle, cinnamon toast crunch), chia seeds, maple syrup, cashew milk, & vanilla extract


Now blend away!
Add in more cashew milk if needed. This will depend on your desired consistency and type of protein powder you used.


You're almost done!
The final step is our favorite part!
Add the toppings... some favorites of ours are Tone It Up Snickerdoodle Protein Cookies, Cinnamon, Peanut Butter, and Toasted Oats


Let's EAT!
SNICKERDOODLE PROTEIN SHAKE:
TIME: 5 MINTUES
YIELD: 1 SHAKE
INGREIDENTS:
- 1 Whole Frozen Banana
- 1/4 Cup Oats
- 1 tbsp Collagen Peptides
- 1 scoop Protein of Choice *flavors: vanilla, snickerdoodle, cinnamon toast crunch
- Dash of vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Chia Seeds
- 1 - 1 1/2 cup Cashew Milk (other plant milk)
TOPPINGS:
- Tone It Up Snickerdoodle Cookie
- Cinnamon
- Drizzle of Peanut Butter
- Toasted Oats
DIRECTIONS:
- Add Ingredients minus Toppings to blender
- Blend Together until smooth
- Add in extra cashew milk if needed for desired consistency
- Add Toppings and Enjoy!
