We know that this isn't everyone's skin and that is okay! But there are simple tricks and tips that can help you achieve that look.

Let's Get Glowing!

1. Hydrate Inside & Out

Let's start simple. DRINK WATER & USE MOSTURIZER

We know you have heard this before, but it is so important for achieving that glow. Drinking plenty of water throughout your day can improve skin elasticity, reduce wrinkles, and maintain moisture.

Did you know? Adults should be consuming at least 6 glasses of water a day! Get drinking.

2. Focus on a Collagen-Rich Diet

What does this mean exactly? Well, collagen is a protein that gives skin its structure and stretch. As we age, we produce less collagen in our skin every year.

Collagen supplements can help you ensure that you are getting a sufficient amount to maintain a youthful glow.

Foods that will boost collagen: Bone broth, egg whites, citrus fruits, berries, leafy greens, and cashews.

3. Simplify your Skin Care

It's tempting to want to keep up with the skin care trends. However, we promise you there is NO need for all the fancy new products. Skin care does NOT have to be difficult. You do NOT need 10 steps and 20 different products.

All you need is a simple cleanser & moisturizer.

4. Sleep Smarter

Sleep is important but how you sleep is even more important.

Wash your pillowcases on a regular basis. Silk pillow cases also prevent extra tugging and pulling.

7. Do NOT Touch your Face

You might not even notice that you're doing it! But start paying attention because touching your face can spread bacteria and cause breakouts.

Tip: Make it a challenge. Each time you touch your face, take a big drink of water.

8. Exfoliate Every Now & Then

"We lose 50 million skin cells a day, and without a little extra nudge, they may hang around leaving the skin looking sullen," says Dr. Gohara.

Tip: To avoid your skin drying out, use a product that is PH balanced. Also do not over do it. Exfoliate only 2 to 3 times a week.
